DARTS Announces Interim President and CEO

Effective January 4, DARTS announced a leadership transition to Kathy Schaaf as Interim President and CEO. She assumes this role on behalf of the DARTS Board and its Executive Committee, which is overseeing this transition during a 6-month medical leave by Mark Hoisser, DARTS President and CEO. DARTS is Transit Link Provider for Dakota County

Late March, the Metropolitan Council awarded DARTS a five-year contract for Transit Link service in Dakota County. The service began in May. This is part of restructuring dial-a-ride services region-wide to ensure that rides are provided wherever regular route bus service is not available. Read more »
