DARTS provides Transit Link and Metro Mobility ride services in Dakota County through contracts with the Metropolitan Council.  DARTS uses professional, courteous, and trained drivers in accessible vehicles.

  • Transit Link is a metrowide, dial-a-ride service for the general public that must be reserved in advance.  You may reserve a ride for any purpose, based on availability. Transit Link service is curb to curb, with limited assistance.  It is intended to serve areas where regular transit route service is not available.  Riders can transfer between service areas and between Transit Link and regular transit routes.  Call 651-602-LINK (5465) to reserve a ride.  For more information, visit the Met Council's Transit Link website.
  • Metro Mobility is a public transportation service for certified riders who are unable to use regular fixed-route buses due to a disability or health condition. Rides are provided for any purpose. Metro Mobility is first-door through first-door service; drivers escort riders from the first entry door at their pickup through the first entry door at their destination.  Call 651-602-1180 to reserve a Metro Mobility ride.  For information about Metro Mobility certification, visit the Met Council's Metro Mobility website.

Civil Rights Under Title VI
