DARTS operations
are guided by three seasoned and dedicated professionals.
Mark Hoisser
serves as President and has been with DARTS for
32 years. He oversees agency administration, programs/services,
and technology initiatives. Hoisser is responsible for
many innovations that have positioned DARTS as a premier
community-based organization. He serves as Chair on
the board of the Strategic Alliance for Senior Services
(doing business as Eldercare Partners) in the Twin Cities
and represents DARTS on the Minnesota Leadership Council
on Aging and the Minnesota Partnership for Safe Mobility.
Hoisser has a BA from Hamline University.
Beth Wiggins
serves as the Vice President of Community
Services and has been with DARTS 17 years. She oversees
DARTS’ supportive services for seniors and caregivers,
as well as educational and volunteer programs. Beth
holds a BA in Psychology from Carleton College and a
Masters in Social Work from the University of Minnesota
and is a Minnesota Area Geriatric Education Center fellow.
Rob McDonough
serves as the Vice President of Transportation.
He oversees transit operations, including contract management,
fleet maintenance, customer service, and ride scheduling
and dispatching.
Dick
Graham is DARTS' founder and past president. He
retired late 2005.
