Management
Team
Mark Hoisser
serves as President/CEO and has been with
DARTS for 35 years. He oversees administration of all
agency programs and initiatives. Hoisser is responsible
for many innovations that have positioned DARTS as a
premier community-based organization. He serves on the
board of the Strategic Alliance for Senior Services
(doing business as Eldercare Partners) in the Twin Cities
and represents DARTS on the Minnesota Leadership Council
on Aging and the Minnesota Partnership for Safe Mobility.
Hoisser has a BA from Hamline University.
Beth Wiggins
serves as Chief Operating Officer and has been
with DARTS 20 years, formerly as VP of Community Services.
She oversees all programs, including practical services
for older adults and their caregivers, transportation
services, intergenerational and community engagement
initiatives, and volunteer resources. Wiggins holds
a BA in Psychology from Carleton College, a Masters
in Social Work from the University of Minnesota, and
she is a Minnesota Area Geriatric Education Center fellow.
Keith Olson joined
DARTS mid-2010 as Chief Financial Officer.
He came to DARTS with 25 years of experience in nonprofit
management, most recently as CFO at Twin Cities Public
Television. Olson leads DARTS' finance division and
oversees the administrative areas of HR, IT, and facilities.
He holds BA degrees in Business Economics and Economics
from the University of Minnesota—Morris.
